WOD must start with a bare bar. Bar must have large plates on for Lateral BB Jumps. There is no rest between the two WODs. Feet cannot cross. The athlete may take off one foot at a time, but both feet must be on the ground at the same time on both sides of the bar. Step-overs are permitted.
