“Tons Of Weight”

For Men, they must lift a barbell from Ground to Overhead, any way they wish, for 8000lbs.

The athletes are able to choose which weight they would like. Some options:
185 x 44 reps
165 x 49 reps
135 x 60 reps
125 x 65 reps
115 x 70 reps

For Women, they must lift a barbell Ground to Overhead, any way they wish, for 5000lbs.

The athletes are able to choose which weight they would like. Some options:
115 x 44 reps
105 x 48 reps
95 x 53 reps
85 x 59 reps
75 x 67 reps

No matter which option the athlete chooses, they will all be trying to get the weight overhead, using the Clean & Jerk, Snatch, Press, or Thruster.
