Set the clock for 1 minute intervals.
Minute 1, do 1 Swing and 1 Burpee. Minute 2, do 2 Swings and 2 Burpees. Minute 3, do 3 Swings and 3 Burpees …etc.
As soon as an athlete cannot finish the required work, they record the score of their last completed round. Once an athlete is out, they continue to do the appropriate Burpees for the round. Continue until everyone is done.
