This workout is done “Fight Gone Bad” style. You rotate through the 4 exercises, spending a minute at each. The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. After the 4 stations, there is a one-minute break before repeating. On call of “rotate”, the athletes must move to next exercise immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep, except on the Double Unders (Comp & Fitness) and single skips (Bootcamp) where each 10 skips is one point (round down i.e. 19reps=10(1pt), 29=20(2pts)
