Each Part is a 10min EMOM ladder. 
Minute 1, do 1 rep. Minute 2, do 2 reps, etc. 
Go as far as you can. Your score is your last successful round. For example, if you only get 6 reps in minute 7 then your score is 6. 
Be aware that if you make the full 10 minutes, that’s 55 reps. 
Final score is your combined score of Parts A and B.
