If you would like to improve your gymnastics, join us on February 18 – 19, 2017 at the Yaletown gym. Sean Lind (4x CrossFit Games Regional athlete, Games athlete, gymnastics coach & circus acrobat) will be coaching us through multiple movements to improve our gymnastic abilities.
