Teams of 2 complete the following for time.

60 Chest-To-Bar Pullups
100 Double Unders
60 Squat Cleans 95/135
100 V-Sits
60 Burpees
100 Pushups

Work must be done in order, but reps do not have to be divided evenly. Here’s the catch… one of the team members must hold 25/45 plate over head at all times during WOD or all work must cease.
