“A Fistful Of Amrap’s”

Teams of 2 complete the following 5 AMRAPS for total reps. Both can be working at the same time. One on each exercise. When both have completed their reps, they then switch to the other exercise. Teams may start on any AMRAP, but must go to the next in order.
