Teams of 3
Waterfall format.
Athlete A starts on Row. When she’s done she moves on to DB Push Press and Athlete B starts on Row. When both are done, they move to the next exercise and Athlete C starts on Row.
Continue this way until all rounds are done. You can’t move on to the next exercise until the person ahead of you is finished it. Wod is done when athlete C finishes final Sumo Deadlift High Pull.
