Teammates run 800m together then Partner A does Ladder One while Partner B does Ladder Two. Only one athlete works at a time. Work may be done in any increment. Once both athletes have finished their ladder, they switch to the other. There is a 35 minute time cap on this workout. Score is time completed or total reps.
