Teams of 2 will complete the following ladders and run. While Partner A does one rep of each of Triplet One, Partner B does one rep each of Triplet Two. Then they switch to the opposite triplet. They move back and forth until both athletes have completed the 1st ladder of both Triplets. They run together then start the second ladder. Score is time, or total reps completed by both athletes. The time cap on this workout is 40 minutes.

Triplet Two – Burpee, KB Swing 1p/1.5p, Jumping Squat
