Teams of 4 complete the following for time. The work must be divided evenly with only one person working at a time. Each exercise must be completed before moving to the next in order. Each member of the team can only row a max of 400m at a time. Each athlete may only do one round of Cindy at a time. Wallballs may be done in any increment. There is a 50 minute time cap on this workout. Score is time or total # of team reps.
