Teams of 2 will complete the following Triplet ladders and run. Each athlete completes all work with one working at a time. Run together.
Athlete A does 1 rep each of the triplet (1 pushup + 1 goblet squat + 1 situp ) then athlete B does 1 rep each of the triplet. Then athlete A does 2 reps each of the triplet (2 pushups + 2 goblet squats + 2 situps ) then athlete B does 2 reps each of the triplet…etc.
