Team runs 400m together.
When they return, athlete A does 1 pushup, then athlete B, then athlete C. Then athlete A does 1 Pullup, then B, then C. They continue through all movements doing 1 rep of each. On the next round everyone does 2 reps, then 3, etc, up to 6 then back down to 1. The team then finishes with a 400m run together
