Athlete A begins at first exercise. When they are done they move to the next exercise and Athlete B starts the first exercise. When they are done, they move to the next exercise and Athlete C begins the first exercise. The athletes continue to cycle through the exercises this way. An athlete cannot advance until the athlete ahead of them is finished their exercise.
Time is when Athlete C finishes.
