Teams of 3 athletes work together to get as many reps as possible in 30 minutes.
Teams may go in any order, but must divide work evenly with one athlete working at a time.
Each team must do a minimum of 45 reps of each exercise before moving to the next.
Once the team has completed the minimums then they can choose to do whichever exercise/exercises they want but they must still divide the work evenly with one athlete working at a time.
