Cardio Smash is a fun, fast paced, and full body cardio workout. Using heavy bags, you will learn the basic techniques of boxing and kickboxing. This 45 minute class is open to all fitness levels and no previous experience is needed. Cardio Smash is free to all CrossFit BC members until December 31, 2015. Non-members pay $15 per class.

Classes run on Tuesday/Thursday at 12pm and 5pm.
