Great news! We are excited to be adding Powerlifting to our selection of programs at CrossFit BC.
Powerlifting is a strength sport that consists of three attempts at maximal weight on three lifts: Squat, Bench Press, and Deadlift.
The CrossFit BC Powerlifting Program has been developed for athletes who are interested in developing strength through these three lifts and the many supplemental techniques that go along with them.
These classes will be held every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 7pm at our West Vancouver location.
This is a stand alone program with it’s own schedule and fee structure. We invite athletes of all levels of ability to train with us. No prior experience is necessary.
