150 Double Unders
300 Overhead Walking Lunges 25/45 plate

75 Squat Cleans @ manageable weight
150 Leg Raises
150 Box Jumps/Steps 20″
75 Thrusters @ manageable weight
100 pullups
100pushups
150 Burpees
150 Single Skips/Double Unders
300 Walking Lunges

Teams of 4(2 girls, 2 guys) will complete the exercises in order. There are no rules as to how many reps of an exercise each athlete must do. One person can do it all if you want! Use team strategy. Each team will have 2 barbells and one guy and One girl can be working at the same time on Squat Cleans, Box Jumps, Thrusters, Burpees and Double Unders. Only one athlete works at a time on the T2B, Muscle-ups and Overhead Walking Lunges.
