“Hockey Night In Canada” (Team Variation)

Teams of 2 complete 10 rounds for total reps. One athlete starts on KB Swings and the other on Burpees. They do 30 seconds each then switch to the opposite exercise. Both rest 2 minutes sitting then repeat. Team score is total # of reps completed by the team.

30 Seconds Burpees
30 Seconds KB Swings 1p/1.5p
Rest 2 Minutes

Note: Athletes MUST sit down during the 2 minute rest. No walking around. It’s part of the head rush!!!
