Part 1:
Teams of 3 have 10 minutes to get a 1RM Power Clean each. At least one athlete on the team must be doing situps at all times.

~Rest 3 Minutes

Part 2:
Teams of 3 have 12 minutes for each member to get a max set of unbroken pullups then a 1RM Squat Clean

Score is 2 points for each pullup + total of all 1RM’s
