2. Why did you choose CrossFit?

A friend of mine encouraged me to try CrossFit and I had never heard about it before.

3. What changes in your health, physique and overall performance have you seen since starting CrossFit?

CrossFit helps me gain muscle strength and endurance, also improves my growth, mentally and physically by being consistent.

4. What advice would you give to someone with regards to starting CrossFit?

You can do it, Just do it!

5. What is your favourite CrossFit exercise?

Toes to bar

6. What is your favourite activity outside of CrossFit?

Art crafting, painting and cooking

7. What is your proudest accomplishment at CrossFit?

Rope Climb

8. Have you made any changes to your diet?

No changes to my diet, just taking fish oil everyday.

9. Is there something that people would be surprised to know about you?

It is a first time in my entire life that I enjoy going to a gym and working out. I always liked outdoor activities but didn’t like to be in a gym.

10. What/who inspires you the most?

Life, every day is a new opportunity to get inspire by and living my life.
