1. When did you join CrossFit BC?
September 2009

2. Why did you choose CrossFit?
My kids started martial arts training at Evolution around 2004 and my Wife trained there as well. She signed me up for CrossFit as a birthday gift and I haven’t looked back.

3. What changes in your health, physique and overall performance have you seen since starting CrossFit?
Positive changes in all three.

4. What advice would you give to someone with regards to starting CrossFit?
Give it six months, take it steady and you will be rewarded

5. What is your favourite CrossFit exercise?
Stretching. Joking! Partner workouts with a mix of just about everything.

6. What is your favourite activity outside of CrossFit?
Eating, drinking and fishing, preferably all at the same time!

7. What is your proudest accomplishment at CrossFit?
That I keep coming back!

8. Have you made any changes to your diet?
I love to eat but my choices are healthier now than they used to be.

9. Is there something that people would be surprised to know about you?
I’m a woman trapped in a man’s body.

10. What/who inspires you the most?
Kind and generous people.
