1. When did you join CrossFit BC?

2. Why did you choose CrossFit?
I’ve known Tinkerbell my whole life and she convinced me to try it in order to help my rugby game.

3. What changes in your health, physique and overall performance have you seen since starting CrossFit?
My physique is unreal now. I was 225 – 230lbs when I started. I’m not 205 but feel much stronger and faster.

4. What advice would you give to someone with regards to starting CrossFit?
Don’t listen to your gym buddies. It was the best life choice that I’ve made in a while!

5. What is your favourite CrossFit exercise?
I really enjoy the clean & jerk!

6. What is your favourite activity outside of CrossFit?
Rugby

7. What is your proudest accomplishment at CrossFit?
Probably when I achieved my first ring muscle up!

8. Have you made any changes to your diet?
Yes, I used eat to perform to help me make my food for the day instead of eating out. I also haven’t had fast food in a month or so. I used to 2x a week.

9. Is there something that people would be surprised to know about you?
I like country music!

10. What/who inspires you the most?
“The Rock” Dwayne Johnson! He’s a positive guy.
