1. When did you join CrossFit BC?

2. Why did you choose CrossFit?
I like the programming because we always get different wods and its so funnn 🙂

3. What changes in your health, physique and overall performance have you seen since starting CrossFit?
I used to have a lot of joint pain but since I started CrossFit most of them are gone and I feel awesome!!!

4. What advice would you give to someone with regards to starting CrossFit?
Always nail the technique and then get the weights up and never rush through.

5. What is your favourite CrossFit exercise?
Bench press and sometime strict press.

6. What is your favourite activity outside of CrossFit?
More CrossFit!!!!!

7. What is your proudest accomplishment at CrossFit?
Clean and jerk because I used to do curl and jerk!!

8. Have you made any changes to your diet?
There’s no way that changed my diet. I eat whatever I want whenever I want.

9. Is there something that people would be surprised to know about you?
I lost 30lb with no diet only CrossFit

10. What/who inspires you the most?
Jason Khalipa. Gotta love his arms, they are the size of my quads – I just don’t get it! I love his commitment too.
