2. Why did you choose CrossFit?
I love the competitive aspect of it and the variety of the WODs.
3. What changes in your health, physique and overall performance have you seen since starting CrossFit?
I feel so much stronger physically and mentally
4. What advice would you give to someone with regards to starting CrossFit?
Give it time and let your body grow step by step. Always master the techniques first.
5. What is your favourite CrossFit exercise?
Double-unders I guess
6. What is your favourite activity outside of CrossFit?
Working out and doing other sports just for fun.
7. What is your proudest accomplishment at CrossFit?
Ring muscle-ups! I got to do them after 5 months of training.
8. Have you made any changes to your diet?
9. Is there something that people would be surprised to know about you?
I “HATE” running!!
