Congratulations to CFBC coach Sally Haggerstone for making it to the CrossFit Games West Regional. She fought hard through the Open to earn a spot to compete at the Moda Center at the Rose Quarter.
When CrossFit HQ announced the Regional workouts at the beginning of May, Sally didn’t have a strict Muscle-up, but worked her tail off to get her 1st one a week ago, then was able to execute 3 under pressure at the Regional competition. It was a fantastic show of commitment, mental toughness and physical sacrifice and we’re proud of her for the way she represented CrossFit BC.
Big thanks to all of our athletes for giving up their weekend to travel to Portland to show support for one of our coaches. It’s really appreciated and shows the amazing community we have.
