As of January 31, 2017, we will no longer be using SocialWOD to track workouts. We are now setup with Sugar WOD, which is much simpler to use. There’s an app for it!
Each day, the workouts will be posted so that you will be able to record your scores as soon as you are finished. Simply visit the App Store or Google Play and download it. Once you’re in, search for “CrossFit BC” and when it asks you for a password, enter “cfbc2017”.
