As many of your know, planning your meals for the week can be a real hassle! Good news – we have teamed up with Fuel Your Fire!

Every week, a new menu is sent out with a bunch of different food options for you to choose from. Depending on which location you workout at (West Van or Yaletown), you can get your food delivered right to the gym on Mondays and Wednesdays.

October 17

October 19th

-Braised short ribs garlic mashed sweet potato and spicy green beans

-Beef Barbacoa with Spicy roasted broccoli and fried plantains

-Garlic shredded chicken stuffed roasted sweet potato and paprika cauliflower
