The first few sessions were pretty rough to say the least but the coaching staff are right there beside you to keep you motivated and ensure safe technique .
Over the course of the 6 weeks, I could not believe the progress I was making. The workout combined with a Paleo diet was helping me lose weight like nothing I have ever tried .
After the completion of 6 short weeks, I had lost 30 lbs weighing in at 242 and felt amazing . Since then, I have transitioned into the regular CFBootcamp classes and am more motivated than ever.
Not only would I recommend this program/gym, I would strongly encourage it to anyone with any sort of fitness goals. Big or small, they are achievable .
