As CrossFitters, we all need to get stronger at the Front Squat. It’ll make our Snatch, Clean, Thruster, Overhead Squat, Pistols and Box Jumps that much easier if we can lift more in the front rack position. Starting next Wednesday August 14th, we will be running a 5 week Front Squat strength program in all the Wednesday classes. Make sure you hit these if you want to see your lifts get better!
