hmmm bacon and sweet potato recipes...those aren't part of the diet.

Any thoughts on if Vodka (or any alcoholic drink really) is ok with Paleo? Some of those meals in the links do not seem very Paleo-like ... (added salt, potatoes, mayonnaise?)

I just posted the recipe books that have been provided for us for reference at the gym. Some recipes are starred and are acknowledged as not paleo.

There is no alcohol that is allowed. If you're unsure about a recipe just ask a trainer, but seeing as these books are the provided resources I'm assuming that they're okay.

There are really tasty energy bars. Just take out the salt and I also replaced cranberries with raisans as cheaper.
