22 Rounds For Time:
2 Dead Hang Pullups
4 Weighted Pushups (10/25 Plate) Place weight on back like a knapsack
6 Knees To Elbows
8 Double Unders (5:1 Ratio for singles)
10 Weighted Over Head Lunges (10/25 Plate)
Teams of 2 may divide the work, with only one person working at a time. They must alternate exercises for 22 rounds. Partner "A" does Pullups, Partner "B" does Pushups etc,etc. Teams must complete each exercise before moving on to the next and they must be done in order.
