Ingredients:
1 Pkg. Lean Ground Beef or Turkey
1 Large Can Diced Tomatoes
1 Can Kidney Beans
1 Can Black Beans
1 Can Kernel Corn
2 Cups of Salsa
1-2 Cups of Water (determine your own thickness)
3-4 Tbsp Chili Powder (spice to taste)
1 Tsp Ground Cumin
Method:
Brown the meat in a large pot. Add all other ingredients. Simmer 20-30 min stiring every 5 to 10 min. Serve with a sprinkle of Cheddar Cheese on top. This recipe is awesome the way it is. It is very easy with no chopping or prep involved. However, feel free to use this as a base and add more to it.
