Three attempts at a 1 rep maximum load each of Back Squat, Shoulder Press and Deadlift. The score is the total of the heaviest successful lift of each exercise.

That totally wiped me out, was awesome, did it at 6pm and my body went into overload afterwards, got about 2 hours sleep and work up at 5am due to having so much energy :/ Fun times :)
Congrats to the awesome girls at the 6pm class, nice lifting.

Csubi had a Total of 1135
Lu had a Total of 905
We saw a lot of PR's in North Van! Congrats to everyone who PR'd during their Total.
