"The Bear"
5 Rounds to get to your Maximum Load. Athletes pick their starting weight and add weight each Round. Do not put the bar down during the round. One rep of each exercise in order consecutively constitutes one sequence. All 7 Sets must be done without the bar being put down, otherwise you are out. Rest between Rounds.
5 Rounds of 7 Sets of the following sequence:
1 Power Clean
1 Front Squat
1 Push Press
1 Back Squat
1 Push Press
Chels and Doph having way too much fun. Put some more weight on!!!
